Christmas at the Station 2013 will be held on two weekends, November 30 and December 1 and the following weekend, December 7 and 8. The Lake Shore Railway Museum will be open from Noon until 4PM on each day of the event.

You’ll be able to see all of the museum exhibits, have lunch in the dining car, take speeder rides and you’ll have a chance to meet and talk to local author Ken Springirth. He’ll be here with all of his railroad books and he’ll be happy to sign one just for you. They make excellent gifts. Don’t forget the bake sale and craft fair, either.

These are the last events at the museum this year so be sure to stop by. The museum gift shop will be open, too, with all sorts of unique items. The odds are pretty good you’ll be able to find just what you need for that railroad buff on your Christmas list, pick something up for yourself while you’re at it. See you there and Merry Christmas!
