Lake Shore Railway Museum will open on a new winter hours schedule beginning on January 7th
The Lake Shore Railway Museum is such a great place to visit if you’re a railfan. Locomotives and railcars on the museum grounds, railroad exhibits inside and our very popular gift shop, where you can get all sorts of railroad and train related books, magazines, t-shirts, caps, pins and postcards and a whole lot more. If you just love to be around trains and other railfans like yourself, we hear you, especially those of you who missed us during the winter when we were normally closed.
Beginning January 7th, 2017, we’re going to be open for our special new winter season hours of 12 to 4 PM on Saturdays only until we begin our spring season in April. So even though the temperature drops and the snow flies, we’re still here. If you’re looking for something to do on those cold winter Saturdays, come on over to the museum. We’ll be here.
