Hot on the heels of our museum’s feature article in the January issue of Trains magazine, the April issue has a great double page spread with a rail map of the Erie, PA area. It shows the current rail lines from Ohio to New York along the Lake Erie shoreline and it has a fascinating historic reference to the railroads through the years.
Of course it points out the GE Transportation location as well as where our Lake Shore Railway museum is located in North East.
If you don’t subscribe to Trains, (and why not?) then get to the store for your copy right away.
Hat’s off to our friend, the Grand Map Master at Trains Magazine, Bill Metzger, and to Associate Editor, Steve Sweeney. We really appreciate it!
